Experience
My enclosed Resume represents my in-depth experience and professional development in the work setting. I am interested in gaining real-world experience in web development and user research. I studied the aesthetic principles and practices of web and interactive narrative design with an emphasis on visual communication in an interactive media context to hone my professional and communication skills.
My job experience included a sales and marketing coordinator for Stanley Black & Decker, Carahsoft, a public relations coordinator for JMU's Community Service-learning office. JMU SMAD Media, Culture, and Society Program in Ireland:
I participated in SMAD’s: media, culture, and society study abroad program in Ireland where my Web team and I designed a food waste website and campaign while posting on JMU's social media platform, Instagram. I also participated in a case study with Deloitte involving the use of creating an application and virtual folder for the Veterans Affair.
