Bizlab Student Designer Work
Overview (Scope of Work)
Logos Design:
Jerry’s Ice Cream shop opened up in downtown Harrisonburg, VA. This client was in need of a logo, to brand his new shop. With a consultation with Jerry, Joseph Devine was hired and able to get inspiration from his old previous logo to make up mock-ups of more design inspirations. 
Designed through Softwares: Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign
Website Design:
Joseph Devine was hired by JMU Bizlab to be part of their web design team. JMU Bizlab meets the digital services needs of small businesses and facilitates student-community engagement. Joseph Devine’s first full-service client is Gary Flory. G.A. Flory consulting, is a global consulting firm, helps clients with a range of services including animal disease and natural disaster response, agricultural emergency planning, and emergency response. This client hired Joseph Devine, to be the lead project manager in transferring and wire-framing content within his WordPress site to a more professional consulting Wix themed website with a whole new attractive and professional platform for branding. BQ Marketing Intern
Overview (Scope of Work)

BQ Basement's systems Facebook Page
BQ Basement Systems, a 10 million dollar home improvement contractor company hired Joe Devine, to serve as a Marketing intern. Joe, a dynamic self-starter, worked closely with the marketing team, assisting with social media and online profile management, website & blog updates, internal marketing initiatives, competitor analysis reporting. 
 
Joe Devine immersed himself in the BQ Basement Systems company culture by having roles in marketing, public relations, journalism, advertising, and graphic design. He also obtained hands-on experience in event, and campaign planning including copywriting for press releases, and worked directly with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist in all facets of lead generation and branding, and internal marketing.

SMAD 398 Irish Culture and Social Media Interaction Design: Instagram posts

James Madison University’s 2019 Ireland Media, Culture, and Society study abroad program worked in collaboration with Foróige, Galway’s youth organization. We discussed the issue of food waste in Galway. Splitting into four teams; web team, multimedia team, video & audio team, and storytelling team we worked together and collaborated on issues of food wastefulness and community awareness.
